Alief Independent School District proudly serves well over 5,000 students with disabilities each year.  We are dedicated to providing every student with an effective Individualized Education Program in the least restrictive environment.  With innovative and progressive service delivery models, nationally recognized staff, on-going and specialized staff development and expert supervision and support, we are committed to offering not only appropriate educational services, but also services which are the highest in quality.

The Alief ISD Transition team will be hosting a Special Education Transition Fair on March 22, 2025. The fair is an event designed to support students with disabilities (ages 3-22), and their families as they prepare for life beyond the school system.

Date: Saturday, March 22, 2025

Time: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Location: Alief Marshall Center for Advanced Careers, 12160 Richmond Ave. Houston, TX 77082

This free event is going to provide a unique opportunity for vendors to showcase their services and resources that assist students and their families in their transition to adulthood, beginning from early childhood.
